The concept of a Fractional Integrator was introduced by Gino Wickman within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)® framework. In EOS®, an Integrator is a highly skilled professional who collaborates with your organization on either a fractional or full-time basis.
They serve as strategic allies to the business owner/Visionary, facilitating the transformation of the company into a cohesive unit capable of independently managing day-to-day operations without constant intervention from the business owner. Additionally, they play a pivotal role in driving the execution of the company's vision by empowering the leadership team, thereby influencing the direction and success of the entire organization.
Our Integrator will meet with the visionary, your leadership team, and key personnel to gain a deep understanding of your business operations, identify challenges, and ascertain priorities. Subsequently, we present a tailored plan, aligning with your goals and outlining the strategic approach and sequence of actions to achieve them.
Implementation commences through a series of structured activities including weekly “Same Page Meetings” with the Visionary, facilitating weekly leadership team sessions (Level 10 meetings), conducting regular one-on-one sessions with team members, and driving ongoing execution of established objectives and metrics within the leadership team. Additionally, we undertake pivotal initiatives (known as rocks) such as addressing key personnel changes, implementing new technologies, or providing guidance on core process documentation.
Monthly retainers typically range from $4,000 to $12,000, varying based on factors such as the urgency and nature of your objectives, the composition of your leadership team, the intricacy of your business operations, and the scope of responsibilities.
Most engagements last between 6 to 18 months, our engagements are strategically structured with the ultimate objective of cultivating internal talent or facilitating the recruitment of a COO/Integrator when the client is ready.
We operate on a fixed fee basis, meaning we don't bill by the hour. Instead, our monthly fees are determined by the level of support required to achieve your outlined objectives, rather than a fixed time commitment.
